Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return within thirty (30) days of delivery if:

• —Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

We may require photographs of the product and packaging before issuing a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Return Policy.
